Bekir GÜVEN, worked at TURKPATENT for 15 years and EUIPO in 2016-2017, has founded EVREKA after his resignation from TURKPATENT while being Board of Appeal Member. GÜVEN, having various hats like Trademark and Patent Attorney and Expert Witness, has contributed to field of IP so far with numerous articles, speeches and trainings.
Av. Ali KÜÇÜKŞAHİN
Attorney at Law - Managing Partner
Having served in TURKPATENT for 18 years and EUIPO in 2018-2019, he has joined EVREKA after his resignation from TURKPATENT Board of Appeal. KÜÇÜKŞAHİN with his various titles and competencies has taken part in the improvement of legislation and decision-making processes at TURKPATENT. He has given numerous trainings and participated in many conferences in national and international levels.
Mustafa Kubilay GÜZEL
Managing Partner
Kubilay GÜZEL, formerly work at TURKPATENT in different positions mainly member of Board of Appeal, Chef Advisor to Cabinet, and Head of Trademark Department, has worked at EUIPO as project manager in 2013-2014. With nearly 20 years of experience, he has served as an expert consultant in numerous international projects in the field of IP. GÜZEL, who left the TÜRKPATENT in 2022, acts as managing partner responsible for client’s portfolio management.
